Following that, if you decide to explore it further, I would give a fuller presentation about NCD and the 8 Essential Qualities.  I can give this to the main church leader(s), leadership groups, and/or whole congregations.  Some do it in that order! 

Given the fact that church growth relies on congregations living out the 8 Essential Qualities in their personal lives, at some point in the process it is good to invite the whole congregation to hear the presentation and get feedback before deciding whether the church goes ahead with it.  Initial enthusiasm for the principles can soon change once people realise they may have to change their behaviour patterns in alignment with those principles!  So it is worth them 'counting the cost' first. 

If the congregation would like to proceed, I would then explain how best to proceed, timings, and arrange for surveys to be conducted, with follow up feedback/discussions etc.
